Upon receipt of full payment, all custom work product created by Horizon IT Services LLC for a client becomes the client's property. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, methodologies, and proprietary materials remain the property of Horizon IT Services LLC. We retain the right to reference completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
Horizon IT Services LLC's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
We provide services on an "as is" basis and make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or search engine rankings. We will make reasonable efforts to correct defects in our deliverables within a mutually agreed warranty period.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed through the termination date. We will deliver all completed work product upon receipt of final payment.

Consulting hours that have been rendered are non-refundable. If a consulting engagement is cancelled before scheduled sessions, prepaid and unused hours may be refunded at our discretion, less a 15% service fee.
